RENTAL AGREEMENT RULES:
- POLICE DETAIL REQUIRED FOR
NON-MEMBER RENTALS SERVING ALCOHOL, AND FOR ALL TEEN PARTIES
(ALCOHOL I S PROHIBITED FOR ALL TEEN PARTIES)
- SET UP TIME - 2 HOURS PRIOR
TO RENTAL TIME
- NO THUMBTACKS, NAILS, OR
STAPLES ARE ALLOWED FOR SETTING UP DECORATIONS. ALL TAPE SHOULD BE
COMPLETELY REMOVED FROM SURFACES AT END OF RENTAL
- NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI IS
ALLOWED IN CLUBHOUSE
- NO REMOVAL OF SUNRISE PROPERTY
FROM WALLS, BAR AREA, KITCHEN
- ALL FOOD & BEVERAGES
MUST BE REMOVED FROM REFRIGERATOR AT END OF RENTAL TIME
- Renter
is financially responsible for any damage incurred to Clubhouse property,
kitchen, restroom facilities, and bar area and equipment.
- Rental
Balance is due on the day of the Rental.
- A
Non-Refundable deposit of $50.00 for members and $100.000 for
non-members is required before the requested date can be reserved.
Dates remain available until rental deposit has been received. Deposits
will be credited toward the cost of the rental if no property damage has
occurred. *

A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $50.00 IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS IN ADDITION TO
THE RENTAL FEE. THIS MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED UPON COMPLETION OF
CLUBHOUSE INSPECTION FOLLOWING RENTAL. IF THE CLUBHOUSE IS DAMAGED
DURING A RENTAL, THE COST TO REPAIR THOSE DAMAGES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF
THE RENTER.
*Note
– Rental includes CLUBHOUSE ONLY (including full kitchen use, use of bar area
and ice machine, use of tables and chairs, and clean-up fee). Recreation Room and Pool Areas are not included and MUST NOT BE
OCCUPIED during rental.
